You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. Our on-line shop is safe and secure. PayPal or credit/debit card payments are accepted over the secure server and an e-mail will be sent to confirm your purchase. To pay via credit or debit card, you will get directed to PayPal where you must select to pay via credit or debit card as a PayPal guest. All prices quoted on our website are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Goods will normally be dispatched from us the same day (3pm cut off) for next day delivery and within 1 working days for standard delivery. Any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice. We will normally deliver goods within 1 working day of dispatch for express delivery and 3-5 working days for standard delivery. We will deliver the goods to the shipping address you specify on your order. The delivery must be signed for.
If delivery is to anywhere other than the UK Mainland, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot or civil commotion. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
What’s your return policy?
As customer satisfaction is our main priority, we have a no quibble return policy. This means you can return any standard item at any time within 28 days of dispatch/purchase for a full refund including the basic delivery cost. It doesn’t matter what the reason is, as long as we receive the returned item in perfect condition. Naturally, we are unable to refund an item that has been misused in any way.
Can I return items bought at a Baby Show?

Do you pay for return postage?
You will need to cover the cost of return postage. Also, it’s important to remember that you are responsible for the returned items until they reach us and we can’t process your refund or exchange until we receive your item(s) back.
I received my Poddle Pod as a gift. Can I return it for a refund?
You can return it, but you will need to give us details of the original purchaser, as any refund has to be made to them. All the standard returns rules apply.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns the same day if possible, but it can sometimes take up to 3 working days from receiving the return when we’re very busy.
